The apartment with a balcony is located on the 1st floor, in a quiet spot facing the inner courtyard. The apartment is easily accessible by lift. It measures approximately 65 m² and can be booked for up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of three.

With its stylish, coordinated furnishings and a very appealing floor plan, it’s a place where you’ll feel right at home—whether you’re on holiday in East Frisia or here on business. With its bright, open-concept kitchen and dining area, this apartment is ideal for a longer stay.
The floors are covered with vinyl that feels warm underfoot and has a pleasant wood-grain finish; the bathroom is tiled, and all floors are equipped with underfloor heating. 

The bathroom features a walk-in, glass-enclosed shower (140 x 100 cm) with a rain showerhead and handheld shower, a sink, a heated towel rack, and a toilet, as well as ample storage space and a built-in radio.

If you’re looking for a home away from home, we’ve created the perfect cosy living spaces for you. Our four apartments are fully furnished and offer everything you’d expect from a cosy retreat. Here you can unwind when you’re looking for relaxation. Here you can put your feet up after a well-deserved day’s work and enjoy the amenities of the spacious accommodation.
Not only is Aurich the heart of the East Frisian Peninsula, but the fact that our apartments are located right in the centre of this former royal seat adds to their charm. We thoroughly renovated this complex of buildings, located directly on Aurich’s market square, from 2019 to 2022 and created a place of well-being behind the old walls.

In the bright rooms, featuring fully equipped, modern kitchens, timelessly elegant and trendy bathrooms, and comfortable beds, we offer you a truly special stay.
