Haus Laura - Ferienhaus, Dusche und Badewanne

This spacious, modern, and high-end holiday home in Seelage (approx. 1,100 m) is perfect for a family holiday with children by the lake (supervised swimming beach) or a few romantic days for two. A playground is 50 m away. The Park der Gärten, the former site of the Lower Saxony State Garden Show, is just a few hundred metres away. Behind it lies the Golfclub am Meer, an 18-hole course set on 90 hectares. Hiking, surfing, and biking are also possible.
Amenities
The holiday home sleeps 6. The kitchen offers all the amenities for cosy evenings cooking together, including an oven. Enjoy breakfast together or watch the sunset on the spacious terrace.
The house was renovated in 2023. It features electric shutters, high-quality flooring, an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, and a wood-burning stove.
A travel cot for toddlers/babies and a high chair are also provided.



On-site policies: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Children aged 0–17 are welcome. Events are not permitted. The rental price includes bed linens, towels, dishes, and final cleaning. Free cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. For later cancellations and if the property cannot be re-rented, 100% of the invoice amount is due—if the property is re-rented for the booked period, a fee of 15% of the invoice amount is due. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
