This sun-drenched ground-floor apartment with a spacious west-facing terrace and small garden, situated in a quiet yet central location, is located in one of the most beautiful holiday regions on the Baltic Sea: the Baltic Sea spa town of Zingst.
In just a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Baltic Sea with its kilometres of fine sandy beaches.
The bakery with a café, several restaurants, and the supermarket are just a 3-minute walk away, while the bustling town centre with plenty of shopping options is about a 5-minute walk away.
You can book wellness treatments at the spa centre, just around the corner.
The entire apartment, with 70 m² of living space, is equipped with underfloor heating, insect screens, and pleated sunshades. The cosy, inviting living and dining area, spanning over 32 m², features a fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
A wood-burning stove ensures pleasant hours of relaxation.
The master bedroom is furnished with a high-quality box-spring double bed at a comfortable height, featuring electric head and foot adjustments. The second bedroom has two single beds with 7-zone comfort mattresses at a comfortable height. The bathroom, featuring a large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, heated towel rack, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and washing machine, also offers ample space. In addition to two 48" and 32" LED flat-screen TVs with satellite TV, you’ll have access to a radio/CD stereo system, a DVD player, Wi-Fi, a collection of games for adults, and various children’s games and DVDs.
For the little ones, there is a travel cot and a high chair.
Two parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the house. You can easily and securely lock your bicycles in the bike and tool shed located on the property.
