Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any dishes used and set them on a dish towel to dry. No need to put them away. Please dump coffee pot and used grounds and leave pot in the sink.
Leave bedding on beds along with any throw blankets used. Leave trash in trash cans. Make sure all lights are turned off. Leave air conditioners/heaters on. Please pickup trash outside.
Lock both doors please and make sure garage doors are closed. Push large button on keypad to lock the main door when everyone is out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
