Welcome to our fully furnished, very spacious 100-square-meter vacation apartment, which includes bed linens and towels. The apartment features a living area with a flat-screen TV and satellite reception. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a dining area. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, and hair dryer. The apartment has two bedrooms: the first is 20 square meters and has a bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 meters; the second bedroom is 14 square meters and has a bed measuring 1.60 x 2.00 meters.Thanks to its quiet location, you can fully enjoy the mountain views, the sun, and the view of the garden and surrounding nature from the apartment’s balcony. A grill is available in the garden. There is a storage room for skis. A rustic basement bar where you can enjoy fondue or raclette on Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Smoking is permitted on the balcony but not inside the apartment. Motorcyclists and e-bike riders are also warmly welcome here. New starting in December 2024: the Chiemgau Card. Nach einem sehr herzlichen Empfang verbrachten wir ein tolles Wochenende in der schönen Ferienwohnung. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Eine wunderschöne und geräumige Ferienwohnung, mit allem was man braucht. Sauber und gepflegt. Parkplatz ist vorhanden und man kann den Außenbereich mit nutzen. Sehr freundliche und aufgeschlossene Gastgeber.
