The beach and the promenade are just a 300-meter walk away. The building has an lift. A parking space is located directly in the building’s courtyard. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. The “Elisabeth” building is located across from the “ahoi” seawater adventure pool; the beach promenade, the sandy beach, and Brunnenplatz—the centre of Duhnen with its various shopping options, restaurants, bars, cafés, an ice cream shop, a pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a bus stop, and bike rentals are all just a few steps away. The apartment itself is in a quiet location. Within a 5-kilometer radius, you’ll also find the centre of Cuxhaven, various supermarkets, restaurants, a climbing park, the spa gardens, a (mini) zoo, a kite school, and much more.
