Welcome to the Pivot Rock Farmhouse, a country dwelling on a century old farm (minus the barn, animals, & most importantly smell of an actual farm). This Ozarks get-away provides a perfect balance of the country serenity & close proximity to all of Eureka’s favorites. Located just a mile from free downtown parking, within 100 yards of a trolley stop, & 10 minutes from both the Passion Play & Lake Leatherwood trails.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Entry code will be set to the last 4 digits of the phone number on the reservation. Backup key will be stored in the sliver, electrical outlet cover to the left of the front door (about knee height).
Auto locking front door. There is no need to turn the lock inside the door. The door will auto lock after 5 seconds, and you will be able to exit while still locked from the outside.
Roku Smart TV is set to guest mode. Upon starting to power on, it will prompt you to put your checkout date and time. On the selected checkout day, you will be automatically logged out of any apps.
