There is an occupied stork’s nest on the property. Non-smoking apartments; pets are not allowed; central heating; terrace; free public parking approximately 100 meters away. The vacation rental consists of a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, table, chairs, 2-door closet, sideboard, TV stand), a kitchen (refrigerator, sink, freestanding wall cabinet, table, bench, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, kitchen timer, air fryer, dishes, cutlery), and a bathroom (shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, central heating). The apartment was renovated and refurnished in April 2019. Pets: Not allowed. Size: 40 square meters. Occupancy: 2 people. A security deposit of €100 for private individuals and €200 for companies must be paid in cash upon arrival. Included in the rental price: one bottle of water, parking, and final cleaning.
