Property itself is beautiful, condo is as advertised. Beds were good quality, unit needs blinds added in the master bedroom, curtains do not block nearly enough light unless you want to be awake at sunrise. Pots and pans were dated with unhealthy nonstick coating and should be replaced with a better option. Overall condo and grounds were great. Beach access directly down the street is non existent, we had our own vehicle to travel to nearby Henderson state park which was the nearest beach access that wasn’t packed. The resorts on the ocean blocking off 90% of the beach is the only major downfall for staying at this resort. Public beach access in this area is terrible and overly crowded
