First of all the property looks amazing! The owner was very nice and easy to talk to. We had a great time with our big family. Skiing was within 5 minute walking distance or a 5 minute drive (skibus pretty much in front of the door)to Lermoos and Ehrwald. The environment and views are super pretty. Nice walks with the dog. Overall it was amazing, we are coming back next year.

Wir haben uns als Gruppe (8 Personen) sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben ist hier die Küche, alles vorhanden was man braucht und zwar in ausreichenden Mengen. Die Sauna ist super, sollte ca. 1 Stunde vor benutzten angeschaltet werden. Die Verwalter und Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind immer erreichbar gewesen, wir hatten mit der Heizung ein paar Probleme bei Außentemperaturen im zweistelligen Minusbereich. Und wir haben umgehend Ersatz Heizkörper bekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, direkt gegenüber ist eine Bushaltestelle für alle Skigebiete, ein kleiner Supermarkt ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schönes Biber Art House

Liebevoll und mit guten Ideen eingerichtet Wohnung mit viel Platz und Komfort. Die Eigentümerin hat aus einer alten Bauruine mit viel Geschick, trotz hoher Auflagen des Denkmalschutz, eine wunderschöne Inneneinrichtung geschaffenen. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön für uns.
