H1 Vacation Bungalow on Kiefernweg

We are renting out our holiday bungalow privately. The bungalow is located in a quiet area on Kiefernweg, not far from the Zinnowitz campground. It was recently renovated and offers the following amenities across approximately 42 m² of living space:<br><br>Kitchenette (toaster, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, microwave, hob with oven and range hood), modern bathroom, 1 double bed, 2 single beds in a separate room, living and dining room including TV.<br><br>The bungalow is detached and features its own terrace. A parking space is available free of charge.<br><br>The beach, town centre, train station, and shopping areas are all within easy walking distance. A bike rental shop is located in town.<br><br>Bed linens can be booked separately for €6 per set. <br>Please understand that, for organisational reasons, we do not provide towels.<br><br>The landlord is required to charge the guest the local tourist tax, which is not included in the price. Electricity is billed separately (€0.60/kWh).<br><br>Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.<br><br>Please contact the landlord before booking or if you would like additional information.<br><br>R.
