Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Shawness. We’re glad you enjoyed the home and appreciated our team’s quick response to the maintenance issue. Since your stay, we’ve completed professional pest control, refilled and reopened the pool for the season, and added TVs in additional rooms for guest convenience. We truly appreciate your suggestions — they help us keep improving every detail for future guests. — Toshi Stay

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback, Vicki. We’re delighted you and your group enjoyed the home’s mid-century style, comfort, and spacious layout. We’re very sorry the pool wasn’t ready during your stay — recent storm cleanup delayed seasonal maintenance, but it’s now fully refilled and open. We’ve also added additional outdoor seating and verified Wi-Fi access for all future guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and kind words about the home overall. — Toshi Stay

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations and regret the issues you experienced. We strive to be transparent about our pricing structure—while the home can accommodate up to 15 guests, the base rate covers 8, with additional charges for larger groups to account for increased cleaning and utility needs. Similarly, the pet fee helps ensure we can thoroughly clean and maintain the space for all future guests. We apologize for the cleanliness concerns and the missing remote, as well as the pest sightings—this is absolutely not the standard we aim for, and we’ll be addressing these issues with our cleaning and maintenance teams immediately. We’re glad you enjoyed the home’s design, comfort, and location, but we're sorry we didn’t deliver a fully satisfying experience. If you'd be open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to make things right—feel free to reach out to us directly
