Pet Policy: Only small, well-trained pets are allowed at the property. Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and supervised by their owners at all times. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and clean up after your pet. $150 per pet fee applies due to extra cleaning.

Event policy: We allow small gatherings provided they are pre-approved, are limited to the pre-approved number of guests, and abide by all the house rules.
Events of 15-25 people have a $250 fee, 25-40 people $500 fee, due to the increased maintenance/wear and tear on the property.
Unauthorized events will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and you will be asked to leave the property.

Security: Home is equipped with 2 security cameras monitoring each side of the driveway and one doorbell camera monitoring the entrance of house. Noise Monitoring: For the comfort of our neighbors and to ensure compliance with our quiet hours, the home is equipped with a privacy-safe noise monitoring device. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record conversations or audio. If noise exceeds acceptable levels, we may contact guests to help prevent neighborhood disturbances.


SMOKING: Evidence of smoking will incur automatic $500 fee.


CHECKOUT TIME:
Checkout is promptly at 11:00 a.m. unless a late checkout has been approved in writing by the host before checkout day.

Because we frequently have same-day arrivals, our cleaning team needs immediate access to prepare the home for the next guests.

Guests who remain at the property after 11:00 a.m. without prior written approval may be charged $150 for each hour past the scheduled checkout time to cover operational disruption and additional costs.

If you need a late checkout, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate requests when our schedule allows. Tesla charger is available for a fee of $25 per night.
