Für mich war diese Unterkunft perfekt. Anreise und Abreise (mit Schlüsselüber-/ rückgabe) ließ sich wunderbar mit dem Weg zur Bahn integrieren. Asphaltierter Fußweg von der Bushaltestelle Mellhörn zum Quartier ist angenehm kurz (ca 6 Min). Busverbindungem waren meist im Halbstundentakt (Aufenthalt im Februar). Wohnung bietet im Wohnraum viel Staufläche. Es steht eine extra Heizung bereit, die im Winter für ausreichend Wärme sorgt. Küche ist ausreichend gut ausgestattet. Kaffeefiltermaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Arbeitsfläche ist recht klein. Spülmaschine ist eine Mini-Version. Badgröße ist ok. Waschbecken ist länglich und nicht sehr tief. Beheizbare Aufhängung für Handtücher ist vorhanden. Mellhörn war für mich als Urlaubsort ideal. Zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Nordsee (ca 3 Min) und auch List ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 30 Min). Durch die Busverbindungen ist auch eine weitere Erkundigung von Sylt gut möglich. Für Anreisende mit dem Auto bietet das Quartier einen Stellplatz. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Quartier bestens weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schönes Appartement, hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Sehr sauber, es fehlt an nichts, sogar eine Nespresso Maschine vorhanden. Schlüsselabholung auch nach Bürozeiten völlig problemlos, ebenso die Rückgabe. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wasser, entlang der Promenade bis zum Hafen ein toller Fußweg. Bushaltestelle auch nicht weit falls man ohne Auto anreist. Mit PKW Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gute Elektrogeräte (Waschmaschine, Induktionskochfeld, Microwelle, Toaster, Kapselmaschine f. Kaffee und komplette Ausstattung an Geschirr, Töpfen, Pfannen, Bestecke. Das Appartement ist neben einer geschmackvollen Einrichtung sehr sauber. Meerblick ist etwas übertrieben. Kl. Ausschnitt zwischen Haus und Bäumen in ca. 500 m Entfernung. Es ist ziemlich perfekt. Das Waschbecken ist vom Design sehr schön, aber etwas klein. Preis/Leistung ist akzeptabel.

Wir hatten wieder einmal einen tollen Urlaub in Mellhörn. Wir haben dort schon mehrfach Urlaub in unterschiedlichen Wohnungen gemacht, je nachdem welche gerade frei war. Die Lage ist einfach toll. Man hat absolute Ruhe, Zugang zum Strand und Watt und ist auch zu Fuß schnell am Hafen. Die Wohnung Salzwasser ist geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Vom Bett aus kann man aufs Wasser gucken. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub in Mellhörn. Service und Sauberkeit waren wieder top.

Wir haben eine toll sanierte Ferienwohnung mit seitlichem Meerblick gebucht. Die Wohnung wurde kurz zuvor sehr liebevoll saniert und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Bad hat neue Fliesen, eine ausreichend große Dusche und sogar ein fest eingebautes Radio. Die Küche ist modern mit Spülmaschine und Induktionskochfeld. Der Wohn/Schlafraum ist hell und lichtdurchflutet, eine Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Es riecht alles angenehm neu und der Ausblick ist herrlich. Einzig bei der Ausstattung der Küche könnte hier und da noch etwas nachgebessert werden (Obstkorb, Salatbesteck etc.) ist aber mit Sicherheit für ein Apartment dieser Größe auch so vollkommen ausreichend. Der Kontakt mit "Unterkunft Sylt" hat hervorragend geklappt. Von der Buchung über die Anreise und auch bei kleinen Problemen wurde uns umgehend weitergeholfen oder diese für uns gelöst. Wir haben ein sehr zuvorkommendes und vor allem gut erreichbares Team vor Ort erlebt. Wir werden immer wieder über diesen Anbieter buchen!

Das Apartment ist korrekt als "vorübergehend renoviert" beschrieben, da es erst kürzlich zur Vermietung übernommen wurde. Das betrifft aber nur die frisch übergestrichenen Wandflächen, die vermutlich noch eleganter aufbereitet werden. Daher auch der vermutlich für Sylt günstige Preis. Mit Ausnahme der zwar älteren, aber raffinierten Küchenzeile ist das Mobiliar neu. Die Küchenutensilien sind sehr gut ausgestattet, u. a. mit 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Kapsel und Filter. Das Bad ist zweckmäßig und gepflegt. Nur leider ist die Dusche für sehr große oder auch kräftigere Menschen sehr eng.
