House Rules and other notes: -Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10 pm- 8 am. Please be respectful to our neighbors :) -Smoking is NOT allowed in the home. Any smoking detected will result in a $250 fee. -No illegal drugs are to be used or brought into the property -A $50 damage waiver fee is included in your rate and is non refundable. -No parties or events allowed. Any daytime guests must be approved by the host. -Check out time: 10:00 am. Please note that cleaners will be arriving after check out, and that late check out must be requested prior and will only be granted if available for a $50 fee. There is a $100 per hour charge for all late check-outs not previously authorized by the host. -Only dogs allowed. By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Please clean up after your pet. $100 pet fee per dog is baked into your nightly rate if you choose to bring your pet(s). *2 pets Max under 20 pounds. *No dogs left home alone unless crated. *Guests are responsible for picking up pet waste *Guests will be responsible for any damage from pet. This is not covered by pet fee. -Please bring trash to curb on appropriate days. Bins must be secured to avoid attracting bears. - Ring cameras are present throughout exterior for safety and compliance purposes. (Any fees associated with tampering with this equipment will be charged to the guest.) -Pool Rules: *Please DO NOT tamper with any of the pool equipment *No Jumping, Running, or Diving. *Do not bring any glass in or near the pool *Pregnant or Elderly individuals should consult a doctor before use. *Children must be supervised at all times -Guests understand that no special efforts have been made to "childproof" this house and accept the risk of harm to any children/infants we allow on the property. -We take no responsibility for weather related instances or natural occurrences. The area is mountainous so there can be bears or other wildlife. -Cancellation: We are unable to provide compensation to guests if they need to cancel outside the timeframe of our cancellation policy.
