Charming 1928 home in the heart of East Greenwich, fully renovated with an open layout, updated kitchen, and spacious primary suite with private bath. Features 4 bedrooms, cozy living spaces, patio with fire pit, and outdoor areas. Walk to shops and restaurants, with easy access to beaches, Newport, Providence, and Boston.
The space The house has 4 bedrooms on the second floor, one (1) King, two (2) Queens and one (1) Single. There is also a pullout couch in the 3rd bedroom.
Keep in mind there is a Studio apartment in the back of the house that may also have guests. The backyard spaces and grill are shared with the apartment, so please be considerate.
Guest access Guests have the majority of the house to use. The basement and attic will be locked up. The front garage has bikes, firewood and other games to use.
There is a studio apartment in the back of the house with a separate entrance.
Other things to note NOTE: The laundry will not be accessible, but there is a laundromat about 2 block away.
