The apartment has a separate entrance and can be reached either via the outdoor staircase or via the lawn, which is wheelchair accessible.
The couch is a pull-out, providing an additional sleeping option.
The apartment’s outdoor area offers space to relax, sunbathe, and barbecue. Chairs, a table, sun loungers, and a charcoal grill are provided.
