The lovingly designed Frodo holiday rental on the ground floor offers plenty of space for up to three people in its approximately 54 m²—ideal for couples or small families. It features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as an open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and cosy sitting area. If needed, an extra bed can be added in the living room or bedroom.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and offers everything you need for a relaxing start to the day.
The beautifully landscaped communal garden is particularly inviting, with a well-manicured lawn, mature trees, and cosy seating areas—perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying a barbecue together on balmy summer evenings.

Just a two-minute walk from the idyllic Bostalsee lake in Nohfelden, Haus Auenland awaits you with three high-quality, modern, and lovingly furnished holiday apartments. Each unit is optimally insulated against heat and sound and features an automatic ventilation system with dust and pollen filters—ideal for allergy sufferers.
The spacious property features a well-manicured lawn, mature fruit and ornamental trees, a small herb garden, and a stylishly landscaped grass garden. A cosy terrace with natural stone walls and a brick barbecue area invites you to linger and enjoy—perfect for relaxing holiday days surrounded by nature.
For families, a cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request—please simply indicate your needs when booking. Wi-Fi and a parking space are already included in the price.
In addition, Haus Auenland offers numerous amenities: a separate bike storage room, a game room with a foosball table and a pinball machine, a drying room for hiking, biking, or motorcycle gear, as well as a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are at your disposal.



On-site fees: A 25% deposit is charged after booking. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival. Check-in is available from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Please check in with the host one hour before arrival. Bedding: Would you like to sleep in your own bedding (which you must bring), or would you prefer to find the beds freshly made? In this case, we charge €5.00 per person. The municipality of Nohfelden levies a tourism tax of €0.50 per person per night for tourist stays. This is not included in the final price and must be paid separately on site.



Check-in is from 12:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
