At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach. A parking spot is available right in front of the building, and an accessible lift takes you comfortably up to the apartment. You can start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the spacious balcony and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a cosy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding. Furthermore, a spring-core model was specifically chosen for the sofa bed. The apartment also features a dining area that seats four people. Afterwards, relax in the cosy atmosphere, which includes a 65-inch smart TV with Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favourite shows and films in the best picture quality. On the balcony, you’ll find additional seating, a large lounge area for relaxing, and a Weber grill for cosy evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. The bathroom features both a shower and a comfortable bathtub.
