Our Fredericia summer house, located near the beach and harbour—Come and Relax!

Starting with the 2020/2021 season, bookable with a reserved beach chair on the South Beach! A cosy and tastefully furnished holiday apartment awaits you, accommodating up to 5 guests and one toddler.


The approximately 75 m² apartment is located on the upper floor of the building at An der Reiterkoppel 5 and spans two floors.
The bright and modern apartment features free internet access (Wi-Fi), provided by a third-party provider.


The apartment consists of a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms—one accommodating two people and the other three—and one bathroom with a shower, a towel warmer, and radiant floor heating.

A sixth person, as well as an additional guest room, can be booked for an extra charge of 10€ per day each.

The living room is both cosy and tastefully furnished and features an LED TV, a stereo system with a radio, and a DVD player.
A fireplace in the living room creates a cosy atmosphere year-round.
You’ll need to bring your own seasoned firewood and kindling if needed, though these can also be purchased at a hardware store on Fehmarn.

A modern built-in kitchen with a dining area is perfect for cooking and dining together.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.
There is plenty of dishware and silverware for everyone (please bring your own dish sponges, tea towels, and dish soap; 2 dishwasher tabs are provided).

The bathroom with a shower is modern and comfortably equipped. The underfloor heating and towel warmer ensure a cosy, warm shower experience.
You’ll find a hair dryer in the cabinet under the sink, and a washing machine is also available for your use.
A roll of toilet paper is provided at the start of your stay.

An ironing board and iron are also available. There is a retractable stair gate at both the top and bottom of the staircase (inside the apartment).

The master bedroom features a double bed measuring 180x200 cm.
The children’s room is located in the attic and is furnished with a double bed (180x200 cm) and a single bed (90x200 cm). In addition to the standard-sized blankets (135x200 cm), there is also a blanket measuring 155x220 cm in this apartment. However, we cannot provide rental linens for this large blanket.
A travel cot with a mattress, a high chair, and a changing table with a pad are available.
The single bed in the optional guest room measures 90x200 cm.

From the living room, you step out onto a spacious balcony that invites you to relax.
Garden furniture and a grill are available for sunny afternoons and social barbecue evenings.
In addition, a garden terrace belonging to the apartment is at your disposal.


The numerous attractions in the surrounding area ensure there’s never a dull moment and make your holiday both relaxing and unforgettable.

You can optionally book an early check-in (arrival from 10 a.m.) or a late check-out (departure by 4 p.m.) for an additional fee of €20.00 each. We can confirm these options no earlier than 1 week before arrival or departure; please send inquiries via email. During peak season, early check-in and late check-out are unfortunately not possible due to direct consecutive bookings.

Note regarding consecutive bookings during the high season:
During the high season, we can only accept consecutive bookings; this means that each booking must follow directly after the previous one and be preceded by the next one. Alternatively, there must be a gap between two bookings that meets the minimum rental period requirement. Unfortunately, the booking system cannot handle this automatically, so we must manually verify this rule after receiving the booking request.


Additional fees: Booking fee

For all bookings received by us on or after 01.08.2022, a separate flat-rate energy surcharge may apply. You can find detailed information on this in our Terms and Conditions under Section 4.


Offers:

- For a 7-day booking during the “Winter Magic” / “Fall-Winter Dream” seasons, 5 days of rent only will be charged.
- For a 7-day booking during the “Everything’s Green” / “May Is the Month” / “Late Summer” / “Golden October” seasons, 6 days of base rent will be charged.
- For bookings of more than 14 days, the final cleaning fee is waived.

You must actively inform us of your intention to use one of the above offers at the time of booking; subsequent changes or additions are not possible. (These offers apply only to bookings made through our own website, not to bookings made through external portals.) Our Sommerhus Fredericia is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Burg on Fehmarn, surrounded by greenery.
You can reach Burgstaaken Harbour on foot in about 15 minutes, passing by typical seaside restaurants as well as the popular Café Kontor.
At the fishing harbour, you’ll find many attractions for all ages, such as the walk-through submarine with its submarine museum, as well as Experimenta and two indoor play parks, to name just a few.

Just a few minutes’ drive or bike ride away lies the island’s most beautiful beach, the Südstrand. Here you’ll find the FehMare water park and a white sandy beach with beach chairs, as well as a spacious beach promenade lined with thatched-roof cafés and restaurants.

From your holiday home, a roughly 15-minute walk along the pretty avenue with its old cobblestone pavement will take you to the centre of Burg. Here you can indulge in a hearty meal and shop to your heart’s content.
