The home features three inviting bedrooms: one king, one queen, and a bunk room with a queen on the bottom and twin on top, along with 2.5 baths—ideal for families or small groups. The open-concept living space offers large sectionals in both the main living room and basement, a dining table for meals or games, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook. Step outside to a spacious deck overlooking the property, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. A pathway behind the house leads down to Turkey Fork Creek, where you can immerse yourself in nature and often spot wildlife such as bald eagles, beavers, and river otters. The expansive yard is great for outdoor activities, kids, and pets, and includes a propane fire pit table for relaxing nights. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout time is 11am. We appreciate a timely checkout so our cleaners will have access. Wash, dry, and put away dishes; Bedding can stay in place;
Clean yard trash, and place trash in bin at end of driveway; Put away all pieces to board/yard games; Return items to where they were found if moved;

No smoking or vaping inside please. If smoking outside, please be considerate and clean up all cigarette butts.

There are cleaning/dog towels in the closet outside of the half bath on the first floor. Please only use towels in bathrooms for personal hygiene.
