Hot Tub & Cold Plunge

Royal Ranchita features an Aquavoss hot tub and cold plunge for your enjoyment.

Hot Tub Guidelines
- Please shower before entering if possible
- No glass in or around the hot tub
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
- Do not use the hot tub if pregnant, if you have a heart condition, or if you have any medical concerns without consulting a physician
- Limit use if you feel overheated, dizzy, or unwell
- Replace the cover when not in use to help maintain temperature and cleanliness

Cold Plunge Guidelines
- Enter slowly and carefully
- Use caution if you are sensitive to cold exposure or have any medical concerns
- Limit exposure if you feel lightheaded or uncomfortable
- Children should not use the cold plunge without adult supervision

If the system appears to need attention, please notify your host rather than adjusting equipment settings.

Party Garage

The party garage offers a comfortable and entertaining space for guests to gather and unwind. It includes:

- 85-inch TV
- Pool table
- Ping pong table

Please use care with all equipment and return items to their original place after use. Children should be supervised in this area.

Outdoor Spaces

Royal Ranchita’s outdoor spaces are designed for relaxed Hill Country living.

Covered Patio & Fire Pit
- Keep flames attended at all times
- Do not leave the fire pit unattended
- Fully extinguish all fires before heading inside or going to bed
- Follow local burn restrictions if applicable
- Keep children a safe distance from the fire area

Pickleball Nets
- Store equipment properly after use
- Do not drag equipment across rough surfaces
- Use only as intended

Trampoline
- Use at your own risk
- One jumper at a time is strongly recommended
- No flips, roughhousing, or unsupervised use by children
- Remove shoes before using
- Keep the area clear of objects before jumping

Pets / Livestock

Royal Ranchita includes fenced areas for livestock or pets.

- Only use fenced areas intended for your animals
- Keep gates closed at all times
- Clean up after pets (1/2)
- Do not allow pets on furniture unless specifically approved
- Do not leave animals unattended outside for extended periods
- Please notify your host immediately if any fencing or enclosure concerns arise

Natural Features

The natural setting is part of what makes Royal Ranchita so special.

Natural Spring / Creek Areas
- Please use caution around the natural spring and creek bottom
- Surfaces may be uneven, wet, or slippery
- Children should be supervised near water or creek areas at all times
- Avoid disturbing natural features

Dinosaur Fossil Area
A dinosaur fossil has been discovered in the creek bottom and is one of the property’s most unique features.

- Please do not remove, dig around, or disturb the fossil area
- Treat the site as a protected natural feature

Parking

- Park only in designated areas
- Do not block driveways, access paths, or equipment areas
- Be mindful of the grounds when driving on the property

House Guidelines

To help preserve the experience for every guest, please observe the following:

- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available by request but cannot be guaranteed
- Maximum occupancy is limited to the guests on the reservation
- No unregistered overnight guests without approval
- Events, parties, weddings, or large gatherings require written approval
- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
- Please respect neighboring properties and nearby wedding venues
- Excessive noise, amplified music, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination without refund
- Hot tub/cold plunge use is at your own risk
- Children must be supervised at all times
- No glass containers in or around the hot tub or cold plunge
- Rinse off before entering
- Do not use if intoxicated
- Replace covers after use
- No smoking inside the garage or home
- Return games and equipment to their proper place and do not move furniture indoors or outdoors
- No fireworks
- Outdoor fires are only allowed in designated fire pits when local restrictions permit
- Never leave fires unattended and fully extinguish all fires
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome with prior approval and must be disclosed at booking
- Please clean up after pets and keep them off furniture and beds
- Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside any enclosed structure
- Lock doors and windows when leaving
- Do not tamper with security devices or property infrastructure
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and for any damage caused during their stay
- Royal Ranchita and KWR Management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, or loss of property
