Located in Gonnesa, Villa 'Is Sorrisi' offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 85 m² villa opens onto a 50 m² veranda with views of the hills, set on a 6,000 m² property with olive trees and a fruit orchard. There is also a small family-run farm on site where you can buy local products. The accommodation features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms on the ground floor, one loft bedroom, one bathroom, and an additional outdoor toilet with shower, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include TV, air conditioning, heating, and washing machine. A cot is also available.



The property boasts a private outdoor area with covered terrace and barbecue, as well as a small playground.



The nearest town is Gonnesa, where you will find all essential services. The closest beaches, "Plagemesu" and "Sa punta e s'Arena", are just two kilometers away. The villa is ideally located for exploring the most beautiful beaches and attractions of southwest Sardinia.



Three private parking spaces are available. Families with children are welcome. Please note there are stairs in the property. There is no drinking water on site.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Pros: Sehr schönes Haus auf dem Land in absoluter Alleinlage und Ruhe. Schöner Blick in die Berge, nicht weit vom Meer. Mirco ist sehr nett, unkompliziert, leicht zu erreichen - Danke, Mirco!
