No muy comodo para 5

El sitio y la casa són preciosos, pero nos faltó comodidad. No poder descansar en unas sillas minimanente cómodas fue una decepción. Solo hay opción de comer en la terraza, cosa que con el calor de agosto no es muy recomendable. En el anuncio ponía que la playa estaba a 15 minutos andando y no es cierto. Tienes que coger el coche. Las vistas espectaculares, desde la casa se puede ir andando a un mirador donde la puesta de sol es muy bonita.

Gentile cliente, vorrei fare una precisazione riguardo a una sua affermazione nella recensione relativa al suo soggiorno presso la mia struttura: nella descrizione dell'alloggio c'è scritto che dal parco del Villaggiio Tanca Piras c'è un piccolo sentiero percorribile in 15 minuti che porta direttamente al mare. È proprio così, camminando si accede a un tratto di costa rocciosa da dove è possibile anche fare il bagno; non c'è scritto da nessuna parte che si tratta di una spiaggia. Le spiagge, come è ben descritto nell'annuncio, si trovano a circa 30 km dall'alloggio. La più vicina è Masua, a circa 10 minuti di macchina. Secondo punto, lei si lamenta dell'assenza di un tavolo in cucina e del fatto che è scomodo cenare in terrazza con il caldo estivo. Le ricordo che dalla descrizione e dalle foto si evince che non è presente un tavolo con sedie in cucina, bastava prestare un po' di attenzione ed eventualmente scegliere una sistemazione più consona alle proprie esigenze. Noi lavoriamo con la massima trasparenza e serietà, cercando sempre di migliorare, e l'apprezzamento dei nostri ospiti ne è la dimostrazione! Mi spiace che per lei non sia stato lo stesso. Detto questo, abbiamo già provveduto ad ordinare delle sedute per il tavolo-penisola in cucina, al fine di poter sfruttare questa nei periodi invernali o nelle giornate troppo calde.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausssicht

Saubere und gut eingerichtete FeWo. Nebida ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Baden, Schnorcheln und zum Endecken der alten Minen.

Séjour très agréable

Jolie résidence avec une vue sublime sur la mer. La maison est très bien aménagée avec tout l’espace et le confort nécessaire. Seul bémol l’accès à la mer n’est pas facile à pieds, pour les plages il faut prendre la voiture. Descriptif et photos tout à fait conformes, la clim est un vrai plus. En bref un très bon séjour, merci à Rita pour l’accueil.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer kleinen Ferienhaussiedlung mitten in Nebida. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Wer mehr ,möchte kann innerhalb weniger Minuten Fußweg zu den Klippen gelangen, die direkt vor der Ferienanlage liegen und von dort den Sonnenuntergang genießen. 2 kleine Märkte und mehrere Restaurants sind alle per Fuß gut und in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Das Auto kann man direkt vorm Haus abstellen. Das Haus ist klimatisiert und hat alles was man für einen schöne Urlaub benötigt.

Great place to spend your holiday

We had a very nice stay in the apartment in Nebida. The resort looks very nice, the swimming pool is really nice and the apartment is well equipped and with the airconditioners in all room very pleasant to stay!

Bellavista mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit für Kochbegeisterte sehr guter Küchenausstattung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und gut organisierte Wohnungsübergabe. Interessante Gegend mit vielfältigen Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Fazit:Tolle Adresse für Individualisten

Stylisches Reihenhaus mit Meerblick

Es handelt sich um ein Reihenhaus in einer Ferienanlage, welche im Stil eines alten Fischerdorfes an einen Hang gebaut wurde. Das zweigeschossige Haus ist hell, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es den Wohnbereich mit integrierter, gut ausgestatteter Küche, ein Bad und eine Loggia mit Blick aufs Meer. Im Obergeschoß sind 2 Schlafzimmer und ein weiteres Bad.

Schönes Haus mit tollem Meerblick

Das Haus entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Wir konnten bereits Mittags einziehen, so dass das ein perfekter Start in den Urlaub war. Rita (AP vor Ort) hat uns alles gut erklärt und uns auch während des Urlaubs einige Tipps gegeben. Leider kein WLAN; aber dafür 4G. Wenn man sich also um entsprechendes Datenvolumen kümmert, ist das eigentlich kein Problem. Wir hatten u.a. ein Smartphone dabei mit 10 GB und haben es als mobile Hotspot genutzt. Die Stromversorgung ist etwas dünn. Das gleichzeitige Betreiben von mehreren Stromfressern (Klima, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher oder Boiler) erfordert etwas Fingerspitzengefühl. (Tipp: Bei hoher Last Stecker vom Boiler rausziehen). Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der traumhafte Meerblick, der schöne Pool und die gute Lage sind zu erwähnen. Man erreicht mit dem Auto sehr schnell mehrere schöne Strände und auch die Traumbucht Cala Domestica (20 min.)

Sehr gute Lage, gemütliche Wohnung, perfekte Küchen- und sehr gute Wohnungsausstattung, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder zu verbessern: Wlan, ein Heizkörper im Erdgeschoss, Hinweis dass Gefahr von Stromausfall, wenn zu viele Geräte an (Herd, Klimaanlage, Licht...)
