On the ground floor of the villa there are 2 bedrooms and bathrooms equipped with a shower enclosure, a harmoniously decorated and sunbathed living room alongside a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. On the upper floor of the villa, you can find the remaining 3 modern bedrooms with bathrooms as well as another luxurious living room with dining area and kitchen space.

The special offer of the villa includes a well-equipped gym and a lovely children's playground.
