This stylish apartment is located in the beautiful Soonwald and offers everything you need for a short- or long-term stay:

The Soonwald Studio - A place to enjoy!
The Accommodation
As soon as you enter the Soonwald Studio, you’ll find yourself in the apartment’s inviting entryway. There you’ll find a bench and a coat rack. All other rooms are accessible from here.

On the left is the kitchen with a dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for a hearty breakfast or a relaxed dinner. Pots, dishes, glasses, silverware, and coffee filters, as well as salt, pepper, ground coffee, and tea, are provided. The dining table seats four people.

Also accessible from the hallway is the “small but nice” bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The last and largest room is the spacious living room and bedroom. The cosy bed measures 1.40 x 2.00 m and sleeps two guests. A cot can be provided upon request. In the near future, the living room will also be equipped with a pull-out sofa bed, offering two additional sleeping spots. Here, you can comfortably watch TV or listen to music with your loved ones and enjoy your time together. The living room offers direct access to the terrace.

On the large terrace, you can use the outdoor kitchen with a Tefal contact grill and wind down the day with a delicious glass of wine. Of course, the best way to relax is in the hot tub, which is also available for your use.
Guest access
The entire place is available exclusively to you. You’ll enter the Soonwald Studio through a separate entrance. You may run into your hosts only on the terrace and in the garden. The outdoor area is accessible from both the Airbnb and the private apartment. The garden is completely fenced in.
Additional important information
The lovingly decorated Soonwald Studio is not only a place where you can enjoy time with your loved ones, but also a space for art, decoration, and inspiration. All labelled decorations and design pieces are available for purchase.

If your pet is one of your loved ones, they are, of course, welcome as well—just let me know in advance.

There is no washing machine at the Soonwald Studio. If you’d still like to do your laundry, just send me a message and we’ll find a solution.

Bed linens are provided and included in the price.
