Stroll through the weekly markets in Moraira or Calpe, or enjoy some tapas with a nice glass of wine in the small cove of El Portet. Calpe offers you wonderfully large sandy beaches, ideal for families with children. Enjoy the breathtaking view from the Peñón de Ifach over Calpe all the way to Benidorm on a hiking tour. The many restaurants along the coast offer something for every taste.<br><br>The house has two floors, with the main apartment on the ground floor.<br><br>Living room<br>Very bright room with windows facing east, south, and west. Furnished with two armchairs and a three-seater sofa. 60-inch TV with satellite TV and internet TV; streaming is possible with your own device. Internet connection offers 300 Mb. For the winter, in addition to central heating, there is also a climate-neutral pellet stove—newly installed in fall 2023—to create a cosy atmosphere. It also includes a desk, an office chair, and a 24-inch monitor to facilitate working from home. The room has a window facing east and is also air-conditioned.<br><br>Bathroom 1<br>The bathroom has a sink, a shower, and a toilet, and can be kept warm on cold days using the built-in flat radiator.<br><br>Living/Dining Area and Open Kitchen<br>This open-concept area features a large table that seats 6 people. The kitchen has a counter where you can enjoy a cup of coffee fresh from the new fully automatic coffee machine while taking in the magnificent south-facing view. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, food processor, etc.<br><br>From the kitchen-living area, you can access the upper covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen.
