Hello. I’m offering you a fully furnished holiday apartment where you can feel at home and relax. The price is per night and includes final cleaning for up to 3 people. The open entryway, with an adjoining closet for your jackets, shoes, etc., provides a clear view of the entire living-kitchen area. The bedroom features two single beds (which can also be pushed together upon request), and there’s a fold-out couch in the living room that can be used as a sleeping area. Bedding is included. The bathroom is a small oasis of relaxation. This is the only room with underfloor heating. You can choose between a bathtub and a rain shower. A hair dryer (with an USB port) is also provided. The kitchen features a cooking island where everything—including the oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, pots and pans, as well as dishes and cutlery—is within easy reach. A microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher are also included in this kitchen’s amenities to make your stay as relaxing as possible and ensure you have everything you need. On the property, we’ve set up a spacious covered seating area for our holiday guests, complete with an ashtray for smokers and a large grill that you’re welcome to use. (Photo to follow) The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a four-family house (attic); all shopping options and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity; “Real” is about 1 km away; public transport options such as the train station and bus stop are within a 1-km radius. The A9 and A14 highways are 10 km away. Attractions such as Lake Goitzsche (5 km away) and the Dübener Heide (22 km away) are easily and quickly accessible for extended bike rides or water sports activities. Within a 6-km radius, there are several options for delicious and flavourful dining, such as “Sehnsucht” at Lake Goitzsche or Greek cuisine, as well as good home-style cooking at the “Zur Sonnenrose” restaurant in Holzweissig (approx. 5 km), which also offers a bowling experience.
