New 2-room apartment in Murnauer Moos

The holiday rental is located in a house newly built in 2021 in Grafenaschau—right on the Murnauer Moos. Nestled between the Murnauer Moos, Staffelsee, and the Alps, you’ll have every opportunity to tailor your holiday to your liking.

A crystal-clear swimming lake (fed by groundwater) is located nearby and can be reached quickly by bike.

Accommodation
Your holiday home is a two-room maisonette apartment with a separate entrance. The ground-level living area is very bright and cosy, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows and a patio door, and is furnished with a couch, sideboard, and TV. The open-concept kitchen and dining area, with views of the Alpine foothills, complete the picture. When the weather is nice, you can, of course, enjoy breakfast on your own south/east-facing terrace with a view of the mountains or simply use it to relax.
An oak staircase—still handcrafted by a local carpenter—leads you to the bedroom located one floor below. Like the living area, the bedroom also features beautiful oak plank flooring. The bed measures 180 x 200 cm and is fitted with high-quality, medium-firm latex mattresses. Thanks to a 3-meter-wide east-facing window, the morning sun greets you. Late risers can darken the rooms using electric roller blinds or vertical blinds (in the bedroom).
Adjacent to the bedroom, you’ll find the spacious shower room/bathroom, equipped with a towel warmer and a hair dryer, as well as a storage closet with a washing machine. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating, which you can control individually.
