Originally from Dover, KY and relocated in the 1980s, this beautiful cabin is right on Main Street—just two buildings from the Ohio River and steps from Beehive Augusta Tavern, Augusta Pub, The General Store, and Carota’s Pizza. Explore historic Augusta with ease and enjoy year-round events and festivals!
This rental includes all living areas of the cabin, the patio, and sleeps up to 10 guests. (Please note: a Real Estate office occupies the front portion of the building.)

-Enter through the front porch (Bertha’s Cabin) or rear patio (The Cabin at 114).
-The main floor features a full kitchen with essentials and a coffee pot.
A flight of stairs takes you to the living quarters upstairs, where you'll find:
-Full bed, laundry room, and bathroom with shower
-Main guest room with queen bed (Purple mattress), seating area, and 55" TV
-Common area with full bed
-Another bedroom with full bed leading to a second bathroom
-Additional queen bedroom
-A cozy living room with electric fireplace is located back downstairs.

Augusta is an adorable River Town, rich in History & a bit lost in time. It is a modern day Mayberry of sorts with quite the eclectic mix of artistic residents and visitors from all over the country. The quaint little shops and dining on Main Street give for great opportunities to meet locals. Riverside Drive is a beautiful walk to see Historic Homes, stretch your legs & take amazing pictures. The Ferry will take you to Ohio if you wish to explore Underground Rail Road sites or desire a drink on the water at one of their River Front or floating restaurants.
There is no public transportation in this rural area. Most restaurants are within walking distance from the Cabin. We are Motorcycle Friendly.
A portion of the Cabin is a Real Estate Office. This is completely separate from the guest quarters.
Only the kitchen and one living room with full Fold Out Bed are ground level, all other living quarters *including the bathrooms* are up one flight of stairs.
Please be aware the town stores shut down early, please collect any groceries & needed items early.
We Do Not Own the Driveway next to the Cabin, Guests Must Use Public Parking.
*We are Pet Friendly with a Pet Fee of $50 per night, per pet. Total of 2 pets maximum.
*We do have private motorcycle parking available for up to 2 regular sized bikes on the back patio. It is not covered.
*There are baskets in the kitchen & upstairs with toiletries & needed items, please only take what you need but feel free to use them.
