. Furnished in a cosy Bohemian style, this apartment is designed to be a retreat for families of up to 4 people and a baby, as well as for couples and active holidaymakers, ensuring everyone has a wonderful time by the lake.
Unwind, explore the area on your own bike, or take advantage of the many recreational opportunities in and around the lake park, as well as the abundance of nature in the Arnsberg Forest—perfect for all ages.

The 60-square-meter apartment, featuring two bedrooms separated by a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, invites you to relax and feel at home.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, right next to the lake, separated only by a street.
A basement storage room is included with the apartment where bicycles or other items can be stored (bicycles do not fit in the lift).


A sauna is available but is currently out of service for an indefinite period.
