About this property
Ultra-Luxury Estate w/ Nordic Spa & Concierge
Summary:
High on the Silvertip hillside above Canmore, pristine wildlife corridor as your backyard, Serenity Point looks out across the Bow Valley to the peaks of the Three Sisters. At its heart is a private Nordic spa: a custom cedar sauna, a cold plunge, and a hot tub beneath the peaks. Five king bedrooms and a family bedroom, a covered deck on every level, and the whole house yours, with room for 14. Banff is 25 minutes away, and a concierge is on call from arrival to last departure.
The Space:
*Updated photography expected by August 16*
Evergreens and crisp mountain air set the scene as you arrive at Serenity Point, high on the Silvertip hillside above Canmore. Behind the house, hundreds of feet of pristine forest climb the slope - a protected wildlife corridor, so the back windows look into trees, and only trees.
Mornings begin with the light moving across the faces of the Three Sisters, watched from any floor - through the large windows of the great room, or from the covered deck on each of the three storeys. Inside, the great room gathers around a stone fireplace, one of the hearths that run through the house, with the chef's kitchen alongside.
As twilight drapes the peaks, the private Nordic spa comes into its own. Begin in the custom-built cedar sauna, take the cold plunge, then settle into the hot tub on the lower deck, the heat working into ski-tired legs while the valley goes dark below. The sequence follows a protocol backed by twenty years of Finnish research, and your protocol card is waiting at check-in. A full gym completes the wellness routine.
A concierge is on call from your arrival to the last departure: a private chef in the kitchen, in-home massage before the sauna, a private yoga instructor on the wellness floor, a private guide at the door in the morning, groceries in the fridge before you arrive, a tee time at Silvertip - ask, and it is arranged.
Days belong to the valley. Mt Norquay, Sunshine Village, and Lake Louise are all within an hour, with Nakiska in Kananaskis Country; the 18-hole Silvertip course, with some of the largest elevation changes in the Rockies, is minutes from the door; the Grassi Lakes and Ha Ling Peak trails start minutes from town. Downtown Canmore is a 10-minute drive, Banff is 25 minutes, and Calgary International is an hour east along the Trans-Canada highway. The house suits the family ski week, the golf trip that returns every year, and the quiet mid-week reset in equal measure.
The primary suite and four more bedrooms each hold a king bed, and the family room sleeps 4 across two bunk beds. Seven bathrooms mean no one waits, and fast WiFi runs through the whole house.
Weddings, milestone birthdays, and family reunions are welcome - tell the concierge the occasion when you book, and the house will be ready when you arrive.
Guest Access:
The whole house is yours for the length of the stay: four king bedrooms, the full gym, three covered decks, and the Nordic spa.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around:
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and two restaurants and a cafe/grocery located at Silvertip golf course. Downtown’s Main Street is a short drive away and has many retail and dining options.
There are many transportation options available, and our concierge is available to assist with planning transportation services if needed.
Other Things to Note:
*Bunk beds for the 6th bedroom expected by end of September. For stays in September, 5 king bedrooms are available.
Serenity Point is the Canadian flagship of Luxara, a private Canadian collection - newly built, opening for stays in September 2026, and professionally managed by a local Canmore team, Vacations in Canmore.
A concierge is on call for the length of your stay, from arrival to the last departure.
The three storeys are connected by stairs, so the house is not well suited to guests with limited mobility.
