Welcome to the two-room holiday apartment “Steife Brise No. 2” in an exclusive location in Neustadt in Holstein.
This modern holiday apartment, approximately 55 m² in size, is located on the ground floor of a multi-unit building constructed in 2023 and is within walking distance of “Ancora Marina,” the largest private marina on the Baltic Sea.

The high-quality apartment features a combined living and dining area with access to the balcony, as well as a bedroom. The spacious balcony extends around the corner.
The modern kitchen, fully equipped with an oven, stove, and dishwasher, is integrated into the beautiful combined living and dining area. Here, you can wind down at the end of the day with a glass of wine or enjoy game nights or TV evenings together.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and also features a TV. The sofa bed in the living area offers an additional sleeping spot. The high-quality bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.

A parking space in the building’s underground garage is included. Parking for your e-bikes is available upon request.

The holiday rental offers our guests free Wi-Fi during their stay.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.
