Bella Vista on Indian Lake was built in 2022 after several years of dreaming, planning and saving. The slide was inspired and added as a Christmas gift to our adult children and of course the grandchildren too! The first year we hosted 9 large family gatherings including a fishing derby, a murder mystery party, an 80th birthday, and all of the major holidays. Great Attention to detail and care throughout the home make it comfortable and cozy. Our favorite memories thus far is coffee in the morning by the fireplace on a cold winter day, sharing stories over campfires, spending time on the dock and boat and even celebrating with the easter bunny and Santa.
We mostly have enjoyed the peaceful, private setting, the open floor plan on the main level and all the Bella Vistas on Indian Lake and Now WE hope you will too!

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and far enough out of town to see the stars at night but close enough to town to grab a bite, shop, antiques or pick up an extra bottle of wine.

The DNR Public access is adjacent to our property making it very convenient to bring the boat.

What makes this property unique

Our home is at the end of the road, just a few miles from several small towns with local restaurants and shopping, and the neighbors are close but far enough away to give privacy. The home is on a peninsula overlooking beautiful views of the lake and sunsets. There is plenty to do for every one of every age, including a 3-turn slide in the upstairs playroom, a game room, movie room, karaoke and outdoor games too. The kids will play for hours giving you a bit of a parent break. (You know you need it) Our grandchildren love this playroom and have spent many hours being creative together, laughing and being silly. The jetted tub, a steam room or the 11-adult only swim spa is a great place to hang out at the end of a long day of ice fishing or just a well deserved VACATION!
