Modern, comfortable country house "Mariani", detached, surrounded by trees and fields. 900 m from the centre of San Feliciano, on top of a hill, 1 km from the lake. Private: property 7'000 m2, garden 1'000 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool (4 x 10 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, patio, barbecue. Bumpy, steep motor access (500 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 900 m, bus stop 150 m, ferry 1 km, grass beach 2 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 1 km. Marina 1 km. Nearby attractions: Passignano Sul Trasimeno 14 km, Castiglione Del Lago 22 km, Perugia 24 km, Cortona 33 km, Città Della Pieve 33 km, Assisi 44 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt etwas ungepflegt und vernachlässigt. Es gab zahlreiche Mängel und Defekte. Ein paar davon konnte der sehr freundliche Vermieter zwar zeitnah lösen, andere Mängel erfordern allerdings deutlichen Renovierungsaufwand. Hier nur ein paar Beispiele: Fliegengitter teilweise kaputt, Terassenmöbel teilweise kaputt, Terassentüren streifen am Boden und lassen sich kaum richtig verriegeln, Schranktüren kaputt, Bett hängt durch weil Stütze unbrauchbar, Spülmaschine kippt beim Öffnen. Der Weg vom Haus zum Pool war sehr weit und ebenfalls ungepflegt, so dass man bei der Treppe sehr vorsichtig sein musste. Die Liegen waren nicht sauber und Sonnenschirme gab es gar keine. Die Beschreibung des Hauses auf der Webseite ist nicht ausführlich genug. Es ist nirgends erkennbar, dass das dritte Badezimmer nur aus Toilette, Bidet und Waschbecken besteht, aber keine Dusche aufweist. Das Haus und die Einrichtung wird der Formulierung "...komfortabel und modern eingerichtet..." bei weitem nicht gerecht.
