Welcome to our cosy holiday rental in Rabenstein, located at the foot of the Hennenkobel. This charming holiday rental offers everything you need for a relaxing and adventurous holiday in nature.The apartment features a comfortable bedroom with a TV, where you can unwind after an eventful day. Adjacent to it, a spacious walk-in closet provides plenty of room to neatly store your clothes and personal belongings. The adjacent bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower so you can freshen up after your outdoor activities.The kitchen, featuring a cooking island, is modern and fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favourite meals. It opens onto a spacious living and dining area, which also features another TV and is perfect for cosy evenings. If you’re travelling with children, a separate children’s room is available to ensure that all family members have plenty of space. The holiday rental features a private terrace with a ping-pong table and a grill, perfect for social evenings outdoors. The large, open garden offers plenty of space for playing and relaxing. We understand that dogs can be part of your family, so they are warmly welcome in our holiday rental. For your entertainment and convenience, we provide Wi-Fi, an Alexa voice assistant, and smart TVs so you can enjoy your favourite shows and films. Payment is due in advance via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, cash payment on-site is also possible. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided upon request (free of charge). The tourist tax of 3.60 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night, and 1.80 EUR per night for children ages 6–15, will be charged on-site. Use of the in-house washing machine is available by arrangement for a fee. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and two parking spaces.

Ein "Traum am Berg"

Es passte von Beginn an alles. Sehr gute Kommunikation om Vorwege, herzlicher Empfang und eine Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt.Wir waren begeistert. Dazu aich für Wanderungen ab Haustür (z. B. auf den Hennenkobel) prima.

super tolle neue und moderne Wohnung in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt! Top ausgestattet auch mit Alexa und die Vermieter sind auch sehr freundlich und liebenswert. Lage der Wohnung ist auch top!! Tolle Aussicht und direkt am Wald was für unsere Hunde super war. Wir kommen wieder
