This bright, welcoming holiday rental, which enjoys sunshine all day long, is located in a completely quiet setting right on the Große Breite section of the Schlei. It is a completely separate unit in a two-family home. It is surrounded by a large perennial garden. The apartment, terrace, and garden are all accessible to people with disabilities. A swimming spot and a small harbour with moorings available for rent are right “out the front door.” There is a playground nearby, as well as opportunities to play football, basketball, and volleyball. The Güby-Borgwedel golf course is about 1.5 km away. The apartment includes a parking space and a garden shed for storing items such as bicycles, surfboards, SUP boards, etc.

The holiday rental, which was completely redesigned at the end of 2016, features a living room with a wood-burning stove and direct access to the south-facing terrace. The fully equipped kitchen features a cosy sitting area and also opens onto the south-facing terrace. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All rooms are designed to be allergy-friendly. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms. In addition to the spacious terrace, the apartment also includes a completely separate lawn area. Both offer a fantastic view of the Schlei. They are equipped with a grill and attractive patio furniture. We look forward to your visit!
