The centre of Kappeln, with its pedestrian zone in the historic town centre, is 2 km away, and the nearest shopping area is just 1 km away. Baltic Sea beaches, which are free of tourist taxes, are a ten-minute drive away. The ground floor features an open-concept living and dining area with a modern built-in kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and more. The five beds are located in separate bedrooms. There is a shower room/bathroom on the ground floor and an additional bathroom on the upper floor. Additional amenities—including a washing machine, satellite TV, a cot, and a high chair—as well as access to the garden and terrace with a grill, a swing, and the property’s bicycles ensure a relaxing holiday. A rowing boat and fishing boat can be used by arrangement for a fee. The sauna is available by arrangement and for an additional charge at our house at Espenisstraße 4.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with double beds and a toilet. Wi-Fi is available.

The property’s own bicycles, rowing boats, and fishing boats are available upon request for a fee; the sauna in the main building at Espenisstraße 4 is available by arrangement and for an additional charge.
