Modern, spacious top-floor loft for up to 6 people (3 bedrooms) with 2 terraces and an lift at Seestr. 71 (Haus Inge-Lotte)
Located 400 m from the beach promenade, this comfortably furnished holiday rental features an open-concept living and dining area with a gas fireplace, a high-quality built-in kitchen, and a sauna.
The breakfast area offers a fantastic panoramic view all the way to the Baltic Sea. The apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms (including a washing machine/dryer)



Haus Inge-Lotte is located in the heart of the seaside resort of Bansin on the island of Usedom. It was built at the beginning of the last century and has been extensively renovated and modernised. Six family-friendly holiday homes for six people were built on the rear portion of the property. Four additional, highly comfortable semi-detached houses (Type V) were constructed on the neighbouring lot. The main building is a traditional guesthouse featuring a newly renovated attic holiday apartment with a fantastic panoramic view. It also houses a restaurant & café that operates year-round and is open daily from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM during the peak season.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
