Not fancy, but essentials are provided

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We did not get the best sleep as the beds are a little too firm for our liking. There were a few things that needed some attention/fixing, but nothing major. Other than one interaction with a staff member while at the main pool accusing us of smoking, which we weren't (we don't smoke), the staff were friendly and professional. I don't like that they don't let you use floaties in the pool. If you don't expect/want fancy this unit will supply you with everything you need. They've got 4-5 pools, volleyball court, basketball court, playground, etc Great place for families!!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the family-friendly amenities. We’re sorry the beds felt too firm and for the misunderstanding at the pool — we’ll review these points to improve. We appreciate your comments and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience.
