Each bedroom comes with a 65 inch smart TV. Body length mirror, 8 piece bathroom towel set, hamper and hangers in closet. Living room couch pulls out into a queen bed and both chairs pull out into single beds. 85 inch tv with WiFi, Netflix, hbo max, and paramount. Extra towels and linens available. Kitchen is fully stocked with all essential cookware for up to 6. In the garage are the washer and dryer, with a mudroom leading to the spacious backyard overlooking the field of horses next door. Guests enjoy a pleasant stay with heating and air conditioning to keep the temperature just right. The lovely bathroom offers everything needed for a refreshing start to the day. Why they chose this property

Beaumont is the main city in Jefferson county. When I first seen this property I saw something I couldn’t explain. Being the biggest city in the county it has some rough areas, and nice areas. The first thing that attracted me to it, was that it’s ducked off and surrounding in the back by open fields. The front has houses up and down the street and the college is a few blocks down. But the access to the hwys, and the location in comparison to the jobs here, made this location perfect. I was a blue collar wife for many years. Hosting my own was something I wanted to do after our third time renting because each place showed me something different, The RV park had laundry on site. The cabin had a pool, and they cleaned weekly. Some of these things come with your stay, I worked in the field. I know what it’s like to be at work for 14 hours out of the day and adding in travel time leaves you very few hours of actual quiet and peace. That’s my vision for your stay.
