This cozy and modern Nurdach vacation home is located on a quiet side street in the Fedderwardersiel North Sea vacation park. <br><br>The lovingly furnished Nurdach house has approximately 78 square meters of living space spread over two floors and is fully equipped for 6 people on a self-catering basis. <br>On the first floor, there is a nearly new built-in kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. <br>A spacious living and dining area with a flat-screen TV including a DVD player and an adjoining terrace, a bedroom with a double bed (160×200 cm with 2 separate mattresses), and a bathroom with natural light.<br>Please bring your own bed linens and towels. (You can optionally book these as an extra for a fee)<br><br>The floor is covered with laminate. <br><br>The upper floor, which has also been renovated, features a master bedroom (200×200 cm bed and satellite TV) and a children’s room with two beds (90×200 cm). <br>A travel crib, a high chair, and a stair gate are provided.<br><br>Both TVs have a built-in DVD player. Additionally, the TV in the living room has an USB port and an HDMI port. Both TVs are connected to the internet, providing access to free media libraries, for example. <br>Wi-Fi is free for our guests! <br><br>The fenced-in property, measuring approximately 405 square meters, invites you to relax in the garden or on the patio while enjoying glorious sunshine and tranquility. <br>Special features: The house features a parking space, a patio, and a lawn. <br><br>Utility costs (electricity, water, gas) are billed based on actual usage (= meter readings).<br><br>The Burhave play barn, with a wide variety of fun activities for the little ones, is about 6 minutes away. The North Sea (beach, fishing harbor, marina) is about 5 minutes away; boat tours and cruises can also be booked there. The nearest larger town, Burhave—which offers various shopping options—is about 8 minutes away.<br><br>Pets may be accommodated for an additional fee.
