Tolle Lage mit direktem Blick auf das Naturschutzgebiet (Haus Nr.2), gut durchorganisierte Marina mit gutem Restaurant und kleinem Supermarkt. Sicherer Autoparkplatz innerhalb der Marina. Sehr ruhig und erholsam (wenn keine Veranstaltungen stattfinden) und trotzdem bei Bedarf nahe der besonders schönen StrÀnde von Usedom (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrt). Sehr nette, pragmatische Betreuung vor Ort.
