The apartment Kalas is suitable for 4 guests and is one of two apartments located on the first floor of a new built family house on the outskirts of Kastel, near the Croatian Slovenian border and only 8,5 km from the lovely pebble beaches at the tourist resort Kanegra.



The area is well-known for quality restaurants and konobas (typical Istrian taverns), top wine and olive oil producers, but most famously for the delicacy the white truffle, ideal for top gourmet experiences. Each apartment has a surface area of 65 sqm and offers guests an enclosed property of 550 sqm, with use of a shared saltwater pool 28 sqm in size. There is also a barbecue, trampoline, and swing for making the most of the outdoors, and three parking spaces.

The owner of the property lives on the ground floor of the house.



The apartment Kalas consists of two double bedrooms, a living area with dining table and equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony that stretches along the whole apartment and is accessible from all the rooms. NB: Guests have free entrance to the holiday resort Kanegra during their stay. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut und hat uns gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett.Leider war vorab mit Ihnen keine Kommunikation möglich, da die Unterkunft über eine weitere Plattform - Novasol - vermittelt wurde. Unser Chat ging mehr oder weniger ins Leere. Eine Mailadresse wurde erst im Zuge des Checkin übermittelt, auch keine Telefonnummer. Vor Ort klappte aber alles bestens.

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen.

Uns hat es in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub benötigt und sehr sauber. In der Umgebung gibt es ein paar kleine Restaurants, die man fußläufig erreicht. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum zweiten Mal in dieser Unterkunft, da es uns beim ersten Mal so gut gefallen hat. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kinderfreundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und großzügig geschnitten. In der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, falls man kochen möchte. Aber es gibt viele gute Restaurants in Laufnähe, v. a. der Olivenzweig hat uns gut gefallen. Der Pool ist ein Traum und sehr gepflegt. Abends hatten wir lange Gespräche auf dem großen Balkon. Wasch- und Spülmaschine funktionieren tadellos, Tabs nicht vergessen, sind etwas knapp bemessen, ebenso eine zweite Rolle Klopapier sollte man mitnehmen, wenn man als Familie unterwegs ist. Gerne wieder.
