Ruhige & Zentrale Wohnung

Since I’m often on the road, I’m happy to entrust my apartment to good hands from time to time so that others can experience the beautiful city of Düsseldorf :).

This centrally located apartment is on the 2OG (3rd floor) in the Pempelfort area, on a small, quiet street.
A walk through the Hofgarten takes you to the Old Town in about 20 minutes.

Public transport, the main train station, restaurants, REWE, and ALDI are all nearby (e.g., Rethelstr.).
The apartment
When furnishing my apartment, I focused on creating a quiet and cosy atmosphere with an interesting ambiance. I hope I’ve succeeded and that you’ll feel right at home as my guest :).

BEDROOM:
features a 1.4-meter-wide bed, suitable for one or two people, with a medium-soft mattress and 80x80 pillows.
Storage space for clothing is available in the closet and chest of drawers (see photos).

LIVING AREA:
A sofa, armchair, dining area, workspace, and smart TV with cable connection all contribute to a cosy and comfortable atmosphere.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is entirely at your disposal, whether you’d like to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee or prepare breakfast or dinner.
Guest Access
The entire apartment is available for use.
Additional Important Information
CHECK-IN / OUT:
I’ll do my best to accommodate your planned stay within these times. If you have a rough idea of your plans—feel free to contact me. Depending on my availability, I’d be happy to welcome you in person. If I’m not there, you can access the apartment via a combination lock.

PARKING:
Street parking is available. Depending on the time of day, you might find a spot right away or need to check the side streets. You can get a good sense of the area using Maps (Street View). Please check the signs to see if parking is metered (weekdays from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; free on weekends).

TRAVEL BY TRAIN:
From the main train station (Hbf), you can take the train to the “Zoo” stop and walk about 7 minutes from there to my apartment. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the main train station. Depending on traffic and traffic light cycles, the fare is between 10 and 14 euros (2.3 km).

TRAVEL BY PLANE
You can take a taxi (25–30 €, 15 min) or the S11 train to the Zoo stop (2.5 €, 8-minute ride plus a 7-minute walk).
