The location of this apartment is excellent, close to the Riva and 4 blocks to the palace. It is fascinating to watch the harbor and people. There is a very busy restaurant outside the place, but when the shutters and windows are closed, you can't hear much. Clients should be aware that the entrance to the apartment is on the seco d floor where the bedroom is located (very quiet) and the living room is on the third. The steps are steep, but the railings are good. The kitchen is well equipped and the washer is handy. We loved staying here!

Great Split Apartment

Great position to west of old town, just 5 walk to start of Riva, main promenade. Modern, spacious, clean, and with views of harbor and Riva from lounge and from sun terrace at 4th floor level. Ate out mostly, Konica Fratelli exceeded expectations every time, just 10 m away.

Perfect location in Split, just meters away from the Old Town, yet still relatively quiet. Conveniently close to grocery stores, restaurants, churches, and the sites. Wonderful views of the harbor and boat traffic. The accommodations were clean and well-appointed with all the kitchen resources to cook a meal. It is hard to find a downside to the apartment, although carrying suitcases up a couple of flights of stone stairs to reach the apartment may be challenging for some. I'd recommend the apartment for a couple that wants to be near the action but not in the middle of the crowds that Split attracts. It is a wonderful place to stay. Even the neighbors are friendly.

Excellent home in great condition in an awesome location. This place was awesome in every way. Everything in great condition and had everything we needed and more. Only downside (not an issue with the property) was not being able to find the place initially as all of the welcome emails were sent in German and disappeared into junk, so the actual address wasn’t available on anything else. Really awesome place close to everything including more local restaurants at the other side of the port, close enough but away from the mayhem.

Modern, comfortable and great location.

Great location very close to the waterfront and wonderful views from the windows and roof terrace. Clean, modern and everything worked well, with the exception of the parasol. Bed was comfortable and even though Split is a noisy place, with the windows shut and the A/C on, it was nice and quiet. Great for 2 people but would be a bit cosy for 4. Limited amount of kitchen equipment.

Great accommodations in a perfect spot!

Stayed at Lara's Place for 2 nights of a 3-week vacation around the Adriatic and couldn't be happier. The apartment is spacious and in a fantastic location near the heart of Split. Very comfortable beds upstairs and down. Washing machine in the unit was wonderful as we could take care of some accumulated laundry. Check-in directions came with great pictures to facilitate access to the unit. Super happy and highly recommend this accommodation!
