2 BDR 1st floor Poolside Condo overlooking Intercoastal & STEPS to beach!

Your beach adventure begins at The Coastal Hideaway! This 2-bedroom condo features a king bed, a full bed, and a queen sized pull out sofa. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower and fully stocked with all toiletries, towels and even some items you may have forgotten!

This 1st floor condo sits directly on the Intercoastal Waterway so our guests have the pleasure of sitting out back in the unit's private terrace while watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. The terrace includes two loungers and a six seat outdoor dining table.

The unit is located next to the resort's pool & is directly across the street from the sandy beach of Indian Shores!

Flying in? Don't worry about lugging any beach gear, we have you covered! We include a beach wagon, cabana, umbrella, beach chairs, towels, a cooler & ice packs and of course beach toys for adults and kids!

We also feature a fully equipped workstation with two monitors, mouse, keyboard and all the hookups!

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please make sure to leave the yellow parking pass before you depart. There is a $75 fee for missing parking passes.

In order to avoid pests & smells, please remove any perishable items from the fridge & move trash waste to the outdoor bins.

Used towels can be placed in the laundry baskets or on the bathroom floor, whichever is easiest! Please do not worry about stripping beds, we will take care of that! Have a safe trip home :)
