Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre Lage und ihren Blick. Allerdings ist ein Essen auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick fast nicht möglich, da der große Esstisch schon den ganzen Platz einnimmt und man dann nicht mehr durch kommt, da der Balkon sehr schmal ist. Der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist nur was für Einparkprofis oder für Leute mit kleinen Autos gedacht, also eine Fehlplanung. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön und modern eingerichtet.
