Wir kommen schon viele Jahre regelmäßig nach Grömitz. Seit 2019 in das Haus Belvedere in die Wohnung 74. Der traumhafte Blick auf die Ostsee und die sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sorgen dafür, dass wir uns dort sehr wohl fühlen!

Die Ferienwohnung ist top,tolle Sicht auf das Meer von dem Balkon und dem Wohnzimmer aus.Es ist in der Fewo alles da was man braucht. Die Lage der Fewo ist echt super alles in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, sei es das Meer,Bäcker ,Restaurants,Läden zum Schoppen oder Supermärkte.

Zum 5x im Belvedere- zum 2x in der 74 -wie gewohnt alles TOP - Vermietung Ahrens- Info immer bestens- die Wohnung ist nur zu empfehlen- s.auch meine BW v, 29.5.25- Ausstattung, Lage, Meerblick - unschlagbar - die Garage ist immer noch nur für kürzere PKW geeignet :-) Aber: es gibt nun Haken im Bad. Positiv ist anzumerken daß der Fahrradraum mal von den ganzen Schrotträdern, die seit Jahren dort standen, befreit wurde. Ich kann das Haus/ die Wohnung/ Vermietung Ahrens nur empfehlen

Tolle Wohnung - ABER- im ( neuen ) Bad KEIN einziger Haken um Hand/ Duschtücher aufzuhängen ( wer plant sowas ? - wir haben uns S-Haken noch gekauft ) - KEINE Beleuchtung am/ über dem Esstisch vorhanden - Platz in der Doppelgarage könnte für länge Autos knapp werden- unser ( Opel Mocca) passte aber rein. Das sind aber keine Kriterien die uns vom erneuten Buchen abhalten würden. wir haben dort einen schönen Urlaub verbracht. Service sowie Info durch Ahrens wie immer bestens !!
