Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.Die Wohnung war modern, sauber und man hat sich wohl gefühlt.Pluspunkte für die Klimaanlage im Hochsommer und die Waschmaschine.Negativ war für uns, dass es keinen Parkplatz gab (gab es früher wohl mal laut Bewertungen). Das ist sehr umständlich, sich in der Gegend (einige Straßen weiter) einen Parkplatz zu suchen, es war auch leider nicht immer etwas frei. Wohnung im 5. Stockwerk ohne Aufzug war mühselig.Die uns zustehende Echt Bodensee Card gab es erst auf Nachfrage 2 Tage vor Abreise. Schade...Sämtliche Steckdosen in der Wohnung sind ungesichert, als Familie mit 2 kleinen Kindern wäre hier mehr Sicherheit klasse gewesen.

Pros: Modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber Cons: Kein Parkplatz am Haus. Nur ein Hausschlüssel vorhanden, auch bei 6 Personen. 5. OG ohne Aufzug. Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht

Pros: Wir haben drei Tage in dieser Wohnung gewohnt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, gemütlich und modern. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber. Ein Supermarkt ist nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist nicht weit. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster ist wunderschön. Alles war super – wir waren sehr zufrieden Cons: Kein Aufzug

Pros: Die Wohnung ist ziemlich neu und entsprechend sauber und ordentlich. Waschmaschine mit Trockner ist in der Badesaison sehr praktisch. Klimaanlage im Sommer unverzichtbar. Parkplatz für ein Auto ist zum Glück vorhanden, wäre sonst schwierig. Cons: Die Lage und das Treppenhaus waren gewöhnungsbedürftig und passen nicht zum Eindruck der Wohnung. Matratzen sind sehr hart, Geschirrspüler fehlt - uns ist aber klar, dass er in der Küche nicht unterzubringen war. Bei Reinigung an Kaffeemaschine denken - war bei Anreise nicht nur voller Kapseln, sondern schon verstopft.

Pros: Geräumige Wohnung, ausreichend Platz für eine Familie. Bäcker, Supermarkt und Gaststätte in direkter Umgebung. Cons: Leider kein Aufzug zur Wohnung im 5. Stock vorhanden. Geeignet für junge Leute mit wenig Gepäck.
